Mentally Challenged Boy Crossed LoC, Repatriated

Kupwara, 20 March: Mentally challenged minor, who had inadvertently crossed the Line of Control (LoC) in Karnah Sector of north Kashmir's Kupwara district, has been repatriated via Teethwal crossing point in Karnah.
According to Reports, Ishfaq Ahmad S/O: Shabir Ahmad (14), Resident of Dhani Karnah, mentally challenged missing since Friday morning and inadvertently cross the LoC and entered PaK.
A police official told, his family had lodged a missing complaint with the police. He further said that the minor was mentally challenged.
He was repatriated today by Pakistan via Teethwal crossing point on the LoC. He was handed over to Indian official by the Pak official and his medical examination is being conducted and after completion of legal formalities, the boy handed over to his family the official added.
