Long live Humanity: Dying stray horse rescued in Bandipora

BANDIPORA, JANUARY 22: Time and circumstances may affect various routine issues of life of a person or of the area or a location, but cannot affect and change the basic and fundamental ethics and morale of a person or a society.

               Yes, it is true, the good moral values of Bandiporians for which they are known has again emerged when some  people of Bandipora noticed a  stray horse trapped in a marshy land in Nowpora area.   They, with the active support of the Administration, managed to rescue the horse. They got a team of experts from the Animal Husbandry Department, Bandipora and management the timely treatment of the horse which was found in recumbent, dehydrated, debilitated and gasping conditions.  The Team of doctors stabilized the animal and gave basic emergency drugs and IV Fluids.

 The locals arranged night shelter and heating arrangements in this chilly winter for the stray horse. Thank God, the stray horse is fine now. The general public of Bandipora appreciated the efforts of local inhabitants and the administration in coming up to the rescue of stray animals.

        In the time when people are busy with materialistic world, this act of humanity shall translate a good lesson of value for the generations to come in the history of Bandipora.
