Kupwara: 30 March : Kupwara Police launched a special drive against drivers found driving vehicles without proper documents especially the vehicle which are of outside UT JK registration and are plying in district Kupwara without proper documents/registration Certificates.
During the drive Kupwara police have seized *39* vehicles through out the district.
Kupwara police appeals to general public of the district to complete re-registration process of vehicles brought from outside J&K U.T at an earliest.Vehicles purchased outside J&K with non-J&K registration numbers & not registered with local ARTO offices or vehicles having J&K registration having not valid documents shall be seized.
If you own such vehicle get it transferred & registered with local ARTO immediately to avoid seizure.
