Kashmiri student activist writes to DGP U.P for FIR against priest Naransinghanand Saraswati over hate speech
Srinagar, July 09: Kashmiri student activist and National J&K Students spokesperson Nasir Khuehami here today wrote a letter to Director General of Police Uttar Pradesh Mukul Goel urging him to register a FIR against Dasna Devi temple Chief Priest Naransinghanand Saraswati for his hatespeech and spewing venom against Aligarh Muslim University and Jamia Milia University.
In his letter to DGP Uttar Pradesh, Khuehami wrote that, it is very offbeat and Shocking that temples of learning are being debunked with contemptuous approach on perpetual basis. The resentful words mentioned by Narsingh in the video calling for bombs to be dropped over institutions like AMU, Jamia and he wants to eradicate the existence of Darul- Uloom Deoband.
His words are attack on education and communal harmony. His Speeches can result in real life violence and also further erode the tolerance and brotherhood among communities. Around 1300 Kashmiri students are currently enrolled in the Varsity, he added"
Khuehami requested DGP Uttar Pradesh Mukul Goel to lodge FIR against the Saraswati and ensure educational institutions are protected and peace is maintained.
