Bandipora, 16 February : The Jammu and Kashmir Rehbar e Taleem Teachers Forum (JKReTTF) today took up various issues related to teaching community with Hilal Ahmad Gilkar – OSD DSEK in a meeting at CEO office Bandipora.
As per a statement issued by JKReTTF Bandipora to Kashmir Convener, the district executive leadership headed by DP Bandipora Mr Khalid Rafeeq Bhat had a detailed meeting with OSD and discussed issues like fast tracking of TB files, regularization of pending ReTs and transitioning of Grade II and III of left over cases of RReTs. The meeting was held in presence of Chief Education Officer Bandipora Mr Javaid Iqbal Wani and it was attended by Deputy CEO Mr Ghulam Mohammad Sheikh and concerned clerical staff including Altaf Ahmad, Tufail Ahmad and Fayaz Ahmad Shah. The meeting was held in a cordial atmosphere and DP Bandipora urged the worthy OSD to speed up the process of clearing TB cases of teachers. Khalid Rafeeq Bhat personally remained with the OSD and his team, ensuring that maximum number of TB files were cleared so that teachers from all the five zones of district Bandipora heave a sigh of relief.
The JKReTTF Bandipora hailed the role of Chief Education Officer Bandipora, Deputy CEO, Sr Asstt Mr Tufail Ahmad, personnel from clerical staff including Fayaz Ahmad Shah (Jr Asstt) for their cooperation and hard work in processing and screening of the TB files. The JKReTTF also lauded the praiseworthy role of ZEOs concerned and clerical staff of all the five zones of the district in the timely screening of the files.
Earlier, JKReTTF Bandipora held a monthly meeting at the district office Bandipora under the leadership of District President Khalid Rafeeq Bhat. The participants discussed issues pertaining to the teachers and with regard to new challenges emerging in recent weeks and affairs of the Forum. The speakers emphasized strengthening the Forum at grassroots and fixing responsibilities and accountability at various levels of the Forum. The meeting was attended by Apex members Abdul Khaliq, Majid Marouphay, District General Secretary Hammid Hussein Lone, ZP Sumbal Bhat Zahoor, ZP Hajin Mohammad Rafeeq Khan, ZP Quilmuqam Mushtaq Ahmad, Zonal GS Bandipora Mohammad Qasim Shah and district Body members Sajad Ahmad, Abdul Gani Akhoon, Pir Mohammad Arif Shah and Zonal bodies members Ashaq Hussain Lone
