Srinagar, Jan 09: A delegation of Jammu Kashmir General Line Teachers Forum (JKGLTF) Monday participated in a meet of National Joint Council Of Action (NJCA) an umbrella organisation of several trade union organizations of India at New Delhi
According to a statement issued by the forum, official spokesperson said the team of JKGLTF led by its leaders Tasneem Ali Beigh and Gowher Ahmad Bhat as core members Of All India New Pension Scheme Employees Federation (AINPSEF) participated in a meet of National Joint Council Of Action (NJCA) an umbrella organisation of several trade union organizations of India at New Delhi. The meeting was convened by Gopal Mishra Convener National Joint Council Of Action( NJCA).
In their address the leaders of different trade unions of india said that the fight for restoration of old pension scheme will be taken to its logical end.
In his address to the delegates National Convener of 'All India New Pension Scheme Employees Federation'(AINPSEF) Dr.Manjit Singh Patil said that that leaders of employees of the country may have individually contributed for restoration of old pension scheme keeping aside to which organisation they belong, it is now time to fight jointly and in one voice for the restoration of old pension scheme.
He said someone has ignited the light among the employees of the country for the restoration of old pension scheme and employees of five states have already achieved the goal.
In his address Tasneem Ali Beig Organiser JKGLTF said that New Pension Scheme is a strong injustice with the employees of the country.
Speaking on the occasion, Gowher Ahmad Bhat JKGLTF said that the old pension scheme must be restored so that the employees under NPS are relieved from this trauma
