Bandipora, Jan 02: A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir General Line Teachers Forum (JKGLTF)Bandipora on Monday called on Chief Education Officer Bandipora in his office chambers at Mini Secretariat Bandipora.
Organiser JKGLTF Zahoor Ahmad Lone said the delegation brought a number of issues of the department in general and teaching community in particular into the notice of CEO Bandipora.
He said the Chief Education Officer Bandipora gave patient hearing to the delegation and assured that the issues in his domain will be resolved on priority basis.
Lone said the important issues that were discussed with the CEO Bandipora include retrieving of academic teachers, timely disposal of GPF and TBP cases, deficiency of clerical staff in some zones of Bandipora etc.
The delegation also raised the issue of pending 4% DA arrears with the accounts section and they assured that the allotment for the arrears will be available very soon.
