Devsar, Kulgam: Mr. Maqbool Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Devsar, Kulgam, retired from service after a distinguished career marked by integrity, intelligence, and compassion. Known for his humility and employee-friendly approach, Mr. Maqbool’s tenure—especially the last three years in Zone Devsar—has been described as an era in itself by his colleagues and the teaching fraternity.
On behalf of the Jammu and Kashmir General Line Teachers Forum (JKGLTF), founding member Tasneem Beig extended heartfelt wishes for his post-retirement life, praying for good health, prosperity, and steadfast faith. She recalled how Maqbool Sahib always remained on his toes, responding to challenges with resilience and ensuring that his subordinates felt supported and valued.
“Those who worked with him know how he would go out of his way to comfort anyone in distress, ensuring they could serve with dignity and psychological peace,” said Tasneem Beig. “May Allah (SWT) bless him with happiness, well-being, and fulfillment. May he continue to inspire others with his remarkable qualities.”
