JKEDI-Sponsored Startup ‘Lawgger’ Bags Global Partnerships at Bengaluru Tech Summit 2025

Bengaluru, Nov 21: Lawgger, an emerging legal-tech startup sponsored by the Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), made significant breakthroughs at the Bengaluru Tech Summit 2025, held at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre (BIEC).
An official spokesperson of JKEDI said during the summit, Lawgger attracted major international attention, securing multiple partnerships aimed at expanding its services across India, the United States and the Middle East. Investors and technology collaborators showed keen interest in the startup’s potential, particularly in areas such as U.S. legal compliance solutions and advanced cloud-based integrations.
The participation of J&K startups at the summit was facilitated by JKEDI under the supervision of Secretary Industries & Commerce and Director JKEDI (Addl. Charge), Mr. Khalid Jahangir.
One of the key outcomes of the summit was the interest shown by Karnataka’s K-Tech, which expressed willingness to formalise a collaboration for deploying Lawgger’s platform in the management of medico-legal cases. Officials indicated that the initiative could begin implementation as early as 2026.
JKEDI’s support at the summit played a crucial role in providing visibility, strategic networking opportunities and high-level interactions for startups from Jammu and Kashmir. The strong performance of Lawgger is being seen as a milestone for the Union Territory’s growing startup ecosystem.
Officials said the achievements of Lawgger reflect the government’s continued commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship across J&K, and demonstrate the increasing competitiveness of the region’s startups on national and global platforms.
