JK Police Organises Grand Motorcycle Tiranga Rally at Pampore

Pampore, August 12: The Jammu and Kashmir Police Tuesday organised a grand Motorcycle Tiranga Rally, which filled the area with patriotic fervour at Saffron Town Pampore area of Police District Awantipora.

          An official spokesperson said the rally was led by SDPO Pampore Ravenderpal Singh, along with SHO Pampore Khalid Fayaz and other police officers. A large number of police personnel, local youth and civil society members enthusiastically participated in the rally.

          Carrying the national flag in their hands, the participants began their journey from Galander, Pampore. The rally passed through Kadlabal, Drangbal, and Namblabal Pampore, moving along the old Srinagar–Jammu National Highway, where people warmly welcomed the participants along the way.

The Tiranga rally flagged off by Sub Division Police Officer (SDPO) Pampore Ravendrapal Singh. The Tiranga rally concluded near the Police Station Pampore, officials told Kashmir Convener.

Officials said the aim of the rally was to highlight the sanctity of the national flag and to further promote the spirit of patriotism among the youth. Locals appreciated the initiative, stating that such activities strengthen unity and national integration, inspiring the younger generation to contribute towards the country’s progress and development.
