Javed Rana Inaugurates CFC at Mankote, Inspects Sports Stadium; Assures Action on Public Grievances

Mendhar, April 18: Cabinet Minister Javed Rana on Monday conducted an extensive public outreach programme in Mendhar, meeting several delegations and individuals while reviewing key developmental works in the area.

During the visit, the Minister inaugurated a Community Facilitation Centre (CFC) at Mankote, constructed by the Rural Development Department at a cost of Rs. 17 lakh. He also inspected the ongoing construction of the Sports Stadium at Mankote, being developed at an estimated cost of Rs. 58 lakh, and directed the executing agencies to ensure timely completion with strict adherence to quality standards.

A number of delegations and individuals called on the Minister and projected various public and development-related issues. A delegation of students from Government Degree College Mendhar also met the Minister and submitted a memorandum highlighting concerns regarding the Girls Hostel and the demand for a Multi-Purpose Hall in the college.

The Minister gave a patient hearing to the delegations and assured them that their genuine concerns would be examined on priority for appropriate action.

Reaffirming the government’s commitment to balanced and inclusive development, the Minister said strengthening infrastructure and addressing public grievances remain key priorities to ensure improved facilities and opportunities for the people of the region.
