Srinagar, February 1: In a landmark global-first initiative, Bharti Airtel has partnered with Adobe to provide free access to Adobe Express Premium to its entire customer base of over 360 million users across India. The move is aimed at democratising creativity and empowering individuals, students, businesses and creators with professional-grade design and content creation tools.

Under this first-of-its-kind partnership, all Airtel customers—including mobile, broadband Wi-Fi and DTH users—will be able to access Adobe Express Premium free of cost for one year. Valued at approximately ₹4,000 annually, the subscription can be availed through the Airtel Thanks App without any credit card requirement, making world-class creative tools accessible to users irrespective of their design experience.

Adobe Express is a quick-and-easy, create-anything app that enables users to design high-quality social media assets, marketing materials, short videos, invitations and more with minimal effort. The Premium version offers access to thousands of professional design templates, including those customised for Indian festivals, weddings and local businesses, along with AI-powered features such as instant background removal, custom image generation and one-tap video editing. Users also get premium Adobe Stock assets, over 30,000 professional fonts, 100GB cloud storage, advanced tools like auto captions and instant resize, all without watermarks and with seamless syncing across devices.

Commenting on the partnership, Siddharth Sharma, CEO – Connected Homes and Director – Marketing, Bharti Airtel, said the initiative goes beyond technology and focuses on empowerment. He said the collaboration aims to equip millions of Indians with cutting-edge AI tools, enabling everyone—from students creating their first resume to small business owners designing posters or creators editing videos—to express themselves and innovate with ease. He added that with Adobe Express, world-class creative tools are no longer a luxury but a reality for every Indian.

David Wadhwani, President, Digital Media at Adobe, said Adobe is committed to empowering everyone to create and stand out using Adobe Express. He noted that the partnership with Airtel would accelerate the growth of India’s vibrant creator economy by enabling millions to easily produce standout content, whether for careers, businesses or personal passions.

Adobe Express Premium is available in multiple Indian languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil and Bengali, allowing users to work comfortably in their native language. The platform enables the creation of festival greeting cards, wedding invitations, promotional material for local shops, WhatsApp status updates and more, making professional-quality content creation inclusive and accessible.

With this initiative, Airtel customers can leverage Adobe Express’s powerful generative AI capabilities to work faster and enhance the quality of their output. Creators and influencers can produce personalised, viral-ready content for social platforms, while consumers can connect with friends and family using professionally designed visuals. Students can build impactful projects, presentations and portfolios, and small businesses and entrepreneurs can design social media ads, logos, posters and QR codes within minutes, saving both time and cost. Marketers, meanwhile, can develop on-brand campaigns that authentically reflect local identities, traditions and environments.

The partnership marks a significant step in empowering India’s digital and creative ecosystem, reinforcing Airtel’s commitment to enabling innovation and self-expression at scale. Terms and conditions apply, and the free subscription is valid for one year.
