Srinagar, Feb 11: Peoples Conference chairman Sajad Lone on Monday said that he hopes Supreme Court of India will understand that Kashmiris see the article 35-A as non negotiable
The former pro-freedom leader said that partly the reason for the violence in the last three decades in Kashmir has ‘been irrational tinkering special status and frivolous litigation.
“Article 35A has a legal and a political context.hope Supreme Court understands that we in Kashmir c the Act as non negotiable. Last three decades have witnessed violence. And partly the reason is irrational tinkering with special status and frivolous litigation.”
