JAMMU, Nov 26: Union Home Minister Amit Shah today congratulated the people of Jammu and Kashmir and Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) on launch of the Constitution of India in Kashmiri and Bodo languages.
“From Kashmir to Bodoland, our Constitution goes from strength to strength,” Shah wrote on X.
Congratulating sisters and brothers of Jammu and Kashmir and BTR on launch of the Constitution of India in Kashmiri and Bodo languages, the Home Minister said this auspicious milestone created on the Constitution Day by the President of India will ensure that people from these regions imbibe values of the Constitutions and make them the soul of our national life.
He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ushered in an era of peace and progress in these regions by actualizing the Constitution on the ground.
“The new translations will give a new impetus to these efforts,” Shah said.
