Bandipora, April 10: Government Girls High School Plan, Bandipora on Friday organised a school-level Naat and Seerat Competition within the school premises, witnessing enthusiastic participation from a large number of students.
In the Seerat Competition, Naima Imtiyaz (Class 10th) secured the first position, followed by Fadiya Imtiyaz (Class 10th) in second place and Farhad Farooq (Class 10th) in third.
In the Naat Competition, Samreen (Class 9th) clinched the first position, while Simran (Class 10th) secured second place and Janatul Fiza (Class 10th) bagged the third position.
All position holders were awarded cash prizes, while consolation prizes were distributed among other participants to encourage their efforts.
The Headmaster appreciated the students for their outstanding performances and commended the teaching staff for successfully organising the event. He highlighted the importance of such competitions in fostering moral values, boosting confidence, and deepening students’ understanding of religious teachings.
