Bandipora, May 15: A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir General Line Teachers Forum (GLTF) Bandipora on Monday called on Chief Education Officer Bandipora Abdul Majeed Dar to formally welcome him on behalf of the forum for assuming the charge.
The forum also welcomed him for assuming the charge of Principal DIET Bandipora recently. The delegation offered him a bouquet as token of love and garlanded him.
The delegation assured the CEO Bandipora that JKGLTF will be always in forefront for the development and welfare of education sector in the district and assured every possible support in this regard.
On the occasion the delegation raised several issues of the teachers' community
Including monthly DPC for Time Bound Promotions, release of Child Education Allowance as early as possible, early disposal of GP Fund cases and promotion of all cadres.
According to the statement issued by the forum, Chief Education Officer Bandipora gave patient hearing to the delegation and assured the delegation that all the issues in his domain will be resolved on priority basis and other issues will be brought into the notice of higher authorities.
The delegation thanked the CEO Bandipora for giving his precious time to the forum.
