Bandipora, 28 July: A 24-year-old girl was electrocuted in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district late wednesday.
An official identified the deceased as Zainab, daughter of Noor ud din Mir, a resident of Gurez at present residing in Watrina village of Bandipora.
He said the girl received an electric shock at her home and died on the spot. Her mother Raja Begum was also injured in the incident and was refered to Bandipora District hospital for specialized treatment.
