Baramulla, April 21 : Government forces on Sunday launched a Cordon and Search Operation in Nowpora village of Wagoora in north Kashmir's Baramulla district.
Officials said that joint team of security forces including 29RR, special operation group (SOG)of jammu and Kashmir police ,CRPF personnel cordoned off Nowpora Village.
The search has been launched after receiving credible inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
Locals said that government forces sealed all entry and exit points leading to the area.D oor to Door search operation was going on when the report was last filed.(KNO)
