EPFO organises “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” to resolve employees’ issues
Jammu, Jan 10: Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) Jammu on Friday organised “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” programme at several districts of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh as part of district outreach and awareness programme.
According to an official statement, the programme was organised Jammu, Jammu (R.S. Pura), Samba, Kathua, Srinagar, Ganderbal and Leh.
Regional Commissioner Rizwanudin said EPFO took this opportunity to provide handholding support to the stakeholders at the respective venues besides hearing their suggestions, inputs, and grievances.
He said issues and problems faced by the organizations in implementing the EPF and MP Act. 1952 were heard and necessary actions were taken accordingly. “UAN Activation, Bank and Aadhaar Seeding, filing of online claims, filing of e-nominations, e-sign, filing ECR were explained with hands-on demonstration in the programme”.
The Regional PF Commissioner also had a word with Divisional Commissioner, Jammu Ramesh Kumar and necessary official communications were made to all concerned authorities who facilitated the programmes in respective Districts.
The programmes were addressed by Sanjeev Kumar, Bipin Kumar, Pramod Kumar Singh, Ankur Janghu, Suhail Khan and Kanchana Khatarkar.
Under the supervision of Regional PF Suhail Khan, District Nodal Officer also called on the DC, Ganderbal who also welcomed the initiative. Commissioner Rizwan Uddin.
DC Samba Anuradha Gupta was present in the inaugural session of Nidhi Aapke Nikat and thanked CPFC for such a novel initiative.
During the programmes across the districts, several grievances were redressed online where a process was set in motion for redressal of several other grievances.
