Bandipora,Jan 15: A function with limited gathering,followed by all Covid SOPs was organized at KAYI Cafe and Restaurant by the field staff of the department of youth sevices and sports Bandipora to bid affectionate adieu to three stalwarts, who attained superannuation on 31st of the last month.
The three Retired officers include, International player & Physical education master of GHSS Abdul Qayoom Bhat , Amanullah Bhat( PEM) of HSS Aragam & Abdul Rashid Baba (PEM) HSS Arin.
Speaking on the occasion District officer Youth service & sports Sheikh Shafqat Iqbal lauded the qualities of head and heart of the retired officers and praised them for their contribution and achievements. He also assured all kinds of help to his subordinate staff for any professional work.
Pertinently,Abdul Qayoom Bhat served in the department for 32 years with a brilliant track record from being an international player to coach and expertise of many games .
Likewise, many speakers also lauded Amanullah Bhat and Abdul Rashid Baba for their excellent track record and described them as dedicated and efficient officers, who worked tirelessly throughout their service tenure.
At the end, many mementos and gifts were presented to these officers as a token of love from their colleagues and friends. Feroz jan (PEM) was the dias incharge and presented vote of thanks. All the guests including principal Girls Hr sec Bandipora and the Principal HSS Aragam prayed for their healthy and prosperous post-retirement life.
