Srinagar, 02 Jan: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President and Member of the Parliament from Srinagar Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah have condoled the sudden demise of noted hotelier & Real Kashmir FC owner Sandeep Chatto.
In a statement issued to the Kashmir Convener, the Spokesperson said that the duo have prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
He said that the duo also recalled Sandeep's pivotal role in reinvigorating football in Kashmir and actively engaging in promoting local players, sending them to various countries, and competitions in top leagues across the country.
“Sandeep’s unwavering commitment to local players, the duo said, has resulted in many individuals from Jammu and Kashmir participating in the country’s premier football leagues,” he added.
