Bandipora, Feb 09 : Chief Medical Officer Dr Bashir Ahmad Khan on thursday evening paid a surprise visit to District Hospital Bandipora to took stock of availabilities and functionality of different sections of Hospital besides availability of drugs.
He was accompanied by other Health officials
Dr Bashir inspected the wards of the Hospital and found that wards are functioning properly and is maintained upto date.
The CMO thereafter inspected all the sections of the hospital and found that all the sections of the hospital are functioning smoothly and have ample availablity of medicines.
Dr Bashir also interacted with the patients who were satisfied with the services made available by Hospital Administration.
He also checked the attendance of the employees and found all the employees present. During the visit, instructions were passed to all the Doctors to remain stationed in view of incumbent weather to meet out any emergency.
It was found that Hospital Administration has taken appropriate steps for Heating purposes and patients were found satisfied with the heating arrangements.Ambulance services was also inspected which were ready for any emergency.
Dr B A Khan appreciated Management of hospital for his efforts for smooth functioning of the hospital.
