Bilal Ahmad Receives Best Drug Control Officer Award at Welfare Association’s 4th Annual Congress

Daman, July 12: Drug Control Officer, Bandipora, Bilal Ahmad, was honoured with the Best Drug Control Officer Award during the 4th Annual Congress of the Drugs Control Officers Welfare Association, held at Mirasol Resort, Daman.

The annual congress brought together Drug Control Officers from across the country to discuss emerging challenges in drug regulation, enforcement, and public health. The event also recognised officers who have demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring the availability of safe and quality medicines.

Bilal Ahmad received the prestigious award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to strengthening drug regulation and enforcement in Bandipora district. His efforts in ensuring compliance with drug laws, conducting regular inspections, and promoting ethical pharmaceutical practices were widely appreciated during the ceremony.

The award was presented in the presence of senior officials and members of the association, who congratulated the recipients for their exemplary service. The recognition is considered a proud achievement for Jammu and Kashmir, highlighting the commitment of its Drug Control Department towards safeguarding public health and maintaining high standards in the pharmaceutical sector.
