Srinagar: Senior PDP leader has expressed grief over the demise of grand mufti of Jammu and Kashmir, Mufti Bashiruddin, who passed away on Tuesday morning.
In a statement Bhat said he was grieved to know about the demise of Head Mufti Moulvi Bashiruddin.
"He has rendered valuable services to society all his life. StatS e has lost in him an asset. My sympathies with the bereaved. May his soul rest in eternal peace, " the statement read.
