Bandipora, 25 May 2025 — Bar Association Bandipora Sunday unveiled the official jersey of its cricket team, Legal Strikers.
The unveiling event was led by President Advocate Sufi Feroz, General Secretary Advocate Shafeeq Bhat, and Joint Secretary Advocate Aamir Shafi, in the presence of members of the legal fraternity and team players.
An official spokesperson of the association said the initiative marks a significant move by the Bar Association to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and camaraderie among legal professionals in the district.
Speaking on the occasion, Advocate Sufi Feroz lauded the enthusiasm and commitment of the team, emphasizing the importance of maintaining fitness and fostering team spirit both in the courtroom and on the field. Advocate Shafeeq Bhat wished the players success and urged them to display discipline and unity during their games, while Advocate Aamir Shafi congratulated the team and expressed confidence in their performance.
The Legal Strikers are set to represent the Bar Association Bandipora in the upcoming LWL-T20 cricket tournament and are seen as strong contenders in the competition.
