Bandipora 18 May-2021: Bandipora Police on Tuesday sought help of general public in identifying a lady who has been found in Sumbal.
An official spokesperson said the Police found a Girl in Nowgam Sumbal who is not able to speak properly and rrevealed her name & address as Kulusuma D/o Gh Mohd Reshi R/o Ompura Budgam.
