Bandipora, 28 Feb : In a shocking incident a female Engineering student ended her life after allegedly committing suicide at her rented residence in Hathbara village of Central Kashmir's Ganderbal District on Friday.
Reports said that a 20 year old girl student (name with-held) hailing from Chittybandi (Aragam) area of North Kashmir's District Bandipora was pursuing her Engineering in Govt Polytechnic College Hathbara Ganderbal was found hanged in her rented accommodation belonging to Ghulam Ahmad Laway resident of hathbara Ganderbal in which she was residing from about last 2 years.
She was immediately rushed to the nearby district hospital where doctors declared her brought dead .
Police in this regard has registered a case under relevant sections of law and started further investigations
Meanwhile, the body of the deceased girl has been handed over to her family members after completing medico-legal formalities,they added.
