Bandipora, April 30: Industries Department Bandipora today organized a farewell function in honor of Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat, General Manager, District Industries Centre (DIC) Bandipora, on the occasion of his superannuation.
The farewell function at Conference Hall mini secretariat Bandipora was held to recognize decades of dedicated service and outstanding contributions of superannuating officer to the public sector, particularly in promoting industrial development in the district.
The farewell function was graced by Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, who lauded the retiring officer’s role in strengthening the industrial ecosystem in the district besides highlighting his role in implementing government schemes.
He termed Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat as an officer who always carried out his responsibilities with sincerity, vision, and integrity.
Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR), Shabir Ahmad Wani, commended professionalism, people-centric approach of Mushtaq Ahmad in delivering public service.
The officers also extended their best wishes for his post-retirement life.
In his farewell address, Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat expressed his gratitude to the District Administration, his colleagues, and the Industries Department staff for their cooperation and support throughout his service in District Bandipora.
Among others, Chief Planning Officer Mohammad Maqbool Lone, officers and officials of Industries Department and other concerned were present on the occasion.
