Bandipora Achieves 100 percent PVC Card Delivery under PM JAY Scheme

Bandipora, Feb 16: The State Health Agency (SHA) of Jammu and Kashmir Friday extended its heartfelt congratulations to the dedicated team of District Bandipora for accomplishing a significant milestone – becoming the first district to achieve 100% saturation in PVC Card Delivery under the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM JAY) scheme.

In a letter addressed to Chief Medical Officer Bandipora, Sanjiv M. Gadkar, Chief Executive Officer, State Health Agency, J&K, said,“In total, 1,20,232 PVC Cards were efficiently dispatched across all blocks of District Bandipora, and the entire team, under your exemplary leadership, ensured the successful delivery of these cards to the beneficiaries. This noteworthy accomplishment reflects the commitment and hard work of the District Bandipora team.”

“Special commendation is extended to DISM Bandipora and all the BMO's and ASHAs who played an integral role in this process. Their dedication and efforts have significantly contributed to the success of this initiative,” the letter said.

“Looking ahead, we express our optimism for District Bandipora to become the first district to achieve 100% BIS saturation, aiming for perfection in Ayushman Card creation for all eligible beneficiaries. We are confident that the dedication and hard work exhibited by the team will lead to continued success in this endeavour.”

“Congratulations once again for the outstanding achievements thus far, and we look forward to even greater milestones in the future,” the letter added.
