Allegations leveled against Director Health Services Kashmir ‘unfounded’: DAK
Srinagar, Oct 28: Doctors Association of Kashmir (DAK) on Wednesday said that a female doctor posted at Directorate Office has leveled false accusations against Director Health Service Kashmir at the instance of former Director for seeking transfer.
In a statement issued today, DAK said that a senior and honest officer presently posted as director health services Kashmir and whose meritorious services to combat Covid-19 in Kashmir have been recently appreciated and acknowledged by Doctors Association Kashmir ( DAK ) is being harassed by a female doctor of Directorate by leveling false accusations.
It said, from reliable sources it has come to fore that the said lady doctor have started disinformation campaign against incumbent Director at the instance of former Director Health Services who lien stand terminated from Jammu and Kashmir Health Services and presently posted as DG in one of the departments of UT.
It is not out of place to mention here that Dr Sameer Mattoo is son of the soil and have rendered meritorious services in the Health Department of Kashmir, under these circumstances leveling unfounded allegations for seeking transfer will send wrong message to the Kashmiri migrants for whom the government is making all out efforts to bring them back to the valley, the statement reads.
