Srinagar, June 18: Airtel has inaugurated its first retail store in Ladakh, marking a significant milestone in expanding its consumer presence in the region.
An official spokeperson said the store launch was conducted in the presence of key Airtel leadership, including Vikram RS Chand, COO; Shart Kotwal, CTO; and Nishant Jain, Marketing Head – J&K, along with other dignitaries from the company.
The opening of this store underscores Airtel’s commitment to strengthening its retail footprint and delivering enhanced customer experiences across Ladakh.
He said the store serves as a convenient touchpoint for new connections, SIM upgrades, bill payments, broadband inquiries, and device support, ensuring a seamless and superior customer experience compared to remote customer care interactions.
Spokesperson said this launch further reinforces Airtel’s commitment to bringing world-class services closer to customers, even in the country’s most challenging terrains, and marks a strategic step in deepening retail connectivity in Ladakh.
