Bandipora, Feb 27: In connection with the drive against encroachers, the enforcement team headed by Tehsildar Bandipora Rouf Iqbal launched an anti-encroachment drive in Papchan  Bandipora and freed ten Kanals of State land from encroachment at Papchan  area of North Kashmir's Bandipora district.

          During the drive, hundreds of poplar trees were cut on the spot and by the enforcement team comprising of the officials of Revenue including concerned Naib Tehsildar , Girdawar , Patwari Halqa Ab Rashid Parrey and in the mean time demarcated the next patch to be evicted on next day as per roaster already furnished.

          Besides this ACR Bandipora appreciate the whole staff for their dedication in making eviction drives successful. The Assistant Commissioner Revenue Bandipora reiterated that the drive will continue with full vigour and force in coming period.
