Bandipora, Jan 18: Mohammad Ashraf Bhat, ADDC Bandipora, also the District Programme Officer ICDS, chaired a meeting in his office to assess the functioning of ICDS.
The meeting covered the recruitment status of Sangnis (AWWs) and Sahaykis (AWHs) under phases I & II, procurement of supplementary nutrition for AWCs, expenditure status under various heads, and PMMVY-2 implementation.
The district has 806 functional AWCs under four ICDS projects, as informed during the meeting. The ADDC directed CDPOs to ensure all eligible beneficiaries are covered under different schemes and urged prompt submission of pending court case replies.
The meeting included attendance from all CDPOs and other concerned officers.
