Srinagar, Jan 31: In observance of Martyrs’ Day, the Indian Army organised a special screening of a documentary on Mahatma Gandhi at the village of Chingam in Kishtwar district, Jammu & Kashmir.
The event as per the statement aims to honour the memory of Mahatma Gandhi, a pivotal figure in India’s struggle for independence.
The documentary screening seeks to pay homage to the sacrifices made by the nation’s heroes and to motivate the local community with the enduring values promoted by Mahatma Gandhi.
