DIET Bandipora concludes four-Day Kashmiri language orientation program
Bandipora, Jan 19: The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) in Bandipora on Friday concluded a four-day orientation program focused on the local language Kashmiri.
The initiative, led by Chief Education Officer Mohammad Amin Beigh, also the additional charge of Principal DIET Bandipora, drew participation from 50 teachers in the Quilmuqam, Bandipora, and Gurez zones.
Mohammad Amin Beigh, Chief Education Officer/Principal DIET, expressed gratitude to Dr Showkat Shaan, Dr Arshid Hussain, Sulaiman, Qaisar Bashir, and all participants for their valuable contributions.
Special appreciation was extended to Vice Principal Mr Shabir Ahmad Bhat for his meticulous planning and execution of the program.
The orientation program aimed to preserve and promote the rich cultural heritage of the Kashmiri language, enhancing teachers' language skills, pedagogical techniques, and cultural awareness.
The event included interactive sessions, workshops, presentations, and group discussions, providing a platform for teachers to share experiences and develop innovative teaching methods for incorporating Kashmiri into their classrooms.
