Bandipora, June 26: In a remarkable display of talent and creativity, three students from Bandipora district were honored at the prestigious Vitasta Cultural Festival held at the Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar.
The event served as a platform for these young individuals to showcase their artistic abilities and excel in a district-level painting competition organized under the aegis of the festival.
In a official statement it is mentioned that the students, namely Ubeeda Iqbal from HKM GDC Bandipora, Arfat Rasool from GDC Hajin and Afroza Akber from GDC Sumbal, secured the first, second, and third prize positions, respectively, in the competition.
The students were conferred with cash prizes, mementoes and appreciation certificates by singer Usha Uthup.
Meanwhile an official spokesperson of HKM GDC Bandipora congratulated the students for their success and performance at bigger stag. The college students thanked the Principal of the college for providing platform to showcase their talent and Dr. M Yaseen for his guidance and support.
