Srinagar | Mar 31 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi had reportedly expressed his desire to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the PDP-BJP government which will take place next week in Jammu.
A senior PDP has said that the swearing-in had to be decided keeping in view the availability of the Prime Minister, who is on a five-day foreign trip.
Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, BJP president Amit Shah would also be attending the swearing-in function.
Modi arrived in Brussels yesterday to attend India-EU summit.
He will leave for Washington to attend the Nuclear Security Summit on March 31 and April 1 and from there he will go to Saudi Arabia on a two-day visit with a focus on energy and security cooperation.
The government formation will take place anytime between April 4 and 10.
