Bandipora Mar 13: senior journalist and correspondent of ETV (Urdu) Mohammad Sayeed Beigh was elected as President of Journalist Association Bandipora in Saturday.
Beigh was elected unopposed during the elections which were held at town hall in Bandipora town.
The elections were held for the post of President, vice-president, General Secretary, secretary and treasurer at townhall Bandipora under the banner of Journalists Association Bandipora.
Ejaz-ul-haq Bhat (Greater Kashmir correspondent) was elected as presudent while Mohammad Inayat (Times Now) was elected as General Sectretary of the Association.
Gowhar Moqbool(Kashmir Reader correspondent) was elected as secretary and Wahid Rafique (DD news) as Treasurer.
