International Biological Diversity Day: KESO, Kashmir Convener declares Results of online Painting Competition
Bandipora, June 01: Kashmir Environmental and Social Organization (KESO) Bandipora Tuesday declared the results of online Painting Competition organised to celebrate the International Biological Day in collaboration with Kashmir Convener
The event was open for all categories for 5 days and the closing date of the entries was 25th May 2021. General Secretary KESO Imtiyaz Wani said the Organization received over 100 Paintings, drawings from all over the country.
The participants were categorized as open, Senior, Junior, Sub Junior and Mini-Cadet Group.
In open category Saika Ashraf of SKUAST Wadoora bagged the first position while as Roman Nisar SKUAST Wadoora claimed second position. Faiza Mehraj was declared third position holder.
In the Senior category, Hazik Khan of Army Goodwill School Bandipora bagged first position while as Safiya Masood of GHSS Bandipora bagged second position. Sandeep Parida of DVA Bhubaneswar, Odisha claimed third position.
In Junior category Bazil Sameen of NRP School Nadihal, Rabia Malik of NRP School Nadihal, Sehla Malik of Symbiosiis School, Falak Rafiq Bhat of Symbiosis School were declared as first, second, third and fourth respectively.
In Sub-Junior Category Mohammad Zahid of IDPS Kaloosa bagged first position, while as Hareem and Mysa Mushtaq of same School that IDPS Kaloosa got second and third Position respectively.
In Mini-group Aaaban Rayess, Basit Imtiyaz, M.Anas, Arman Jan were declared as toppers, besides Anaya Rawat, Sydiya Qureshi Kabirah Ahmad and Madiha Meraj of Nether Field School were also declared as special merit holders in their respective categories.
All the paintings were uploaded by the media partner- Kashmir Convener on their Social Media Channels including Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin pages.
The final results were declared by Kashmir Environmental and Social Organization (KESO) Bandipora on Tuesday by the Jury including Dr. Ashiq Hussain Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) Govt. Degree College Chatroo, Mr. Peerzada Khurshid Shaheen Nodal Officer District Youth Services and Sports District Bandipora, Mr. Iftikhar Rashid Lecturer HSS Mantirgam.
All the position holders will be suitably rewarded while all the participants will receive the participation certificates.
