Srinagar, Jan 20 (KNS): While paying rich and glorious tributes to the Martyred militants in Naina Pulwama gunfight, Chairman Hurriyat (G) Syed Ali Geelani strongly condemned the killing of a civilian in Pulwama after the gunfight and called for complete shutdown in the entire South Kashmir region on 21 January Thursday against this killing.
In a statement issued to KNS, Geelani said that the militants are happily and consciously adopting this path of bravery but killing a civilian by firing over the protesters is the worst example of the state terrorism and it will in no way be tolerated.
Geelani said, “If the Indian occupational forces are committing genocides of the Kashmiri youths, the state police on the other hand are not allowing us to mourn over the deaths of our loved ones and they are showering bullets over the mourners.” (KNS)
