Srinagar, Feb 02 : The J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has reconstituted the District Congress Committees in Kashmir Valley
J&K Pradesh Congress Committee President G.A. Mir in a meeting of Senior Party Functionaries and Districts President of Kashmir province granted approval to newly reconstituted committees of Srinagar, Budgam, Pulwama, Kupwara, Baramulla, Anantnag, Shopian and Ganderbal Districts respectively.
He emphasized the DCCPrsidents & newly reconstituted District Committee to work hard and strengthen the Party further at grass roots level.
On this occasion G.A. Mir told the Party Leaders to gear up for the upcoming Parliamentary and Assembly elections to ensure victory of Congress Party with a thumping majority, as that, it is the Congress Party alone which is capable of defeating political exploitation and false propaganda and false propaganda unleashed by the BJP RSS for electoral gains.
Congress Party will launch a vigorous campaign against those forces which are misleading people on various counts, he added and emphasized the leaders reach out to people with the policies and programmes of the Party, he said. (KNS)
