Shopian, Feb 13: The Tourism Department in collaboration with the District Administration Shopian, is organising the second edition of Winter Carnival at Dubjan on February 16, 2026, with the aim of promoting winter tourism and showcasing the area’s scenic beauty and cultural vibrancy.
The carnival will feature a host of attractions including snow activities,snow games,cultural performances, traditional music, local cuisine, departmental exhibitions and recreational activities, offering visitors an immersive winter experience while providing a platform to local artists and artisans.
