Srinagar, June 5: Bharti Airtel on Wednesday inaugurated its first Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) retail store in Srinagar, marking a significant milestone in the telecom giant’s expansion across Jammu and Kashmir.

In a statement issued to Kashmir Convener, an official spokesperson of the company said the new flagship store, located in the Bhagat Barzulla area, was inaugurated by Dibyendu Aich, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Airtel J&K. The store will offer Airtel’s entire suite of services, including Airtel 5G Plus, Wi-Fi, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), IPTV, and Direct-to-Home (DTH) solutions.

He said the move is aimed at enhancing the customer experience by providing a one-stop destination for service support and product demonstrations.

“Airtel is committed to deepening its presence and serving customers better across Jammu and Kashmir. The new store reflects our focus on quality service and innovation,” said Dibyendu Aich at the launch.

With this launch, Airtel has strengthened its offline retail network in the region, which now comprises 16 operational stores across Jammu and Kashmir.

The company has been scaling up its retail infrastructure over the past two years to offer personalized service and deeper customer engagement.
