Bandipora, April 22 : In view of the upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra (SANJY) 2025, Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri today visited Shadipora Transit Camp to take a first-hand assessment of the infrastructure, facilities, and services being developed for the convenience of the Yatris.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed the pace and quality of ongoing works and finalizing arrangements at the transit camp for pilgrims heading towards the holy cave via Baltal route.
The Deputy Commissioner emphasized the timely completion of all necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and safe experience for the pilgrims and directed the concerned departments to work in close coordination and maintain high standards of facilities at the transit camp.
M.A.Qadri directed the departments to work in synergy to ensure that the infrastructure and services are in place well ahead of the Yatra commencement.
The Deputy Commissioner was accompanied by Chief Planning Officer Mohammad Maqbool Lone, Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Mutayib Bashir, Executive Engineer R&B Mushtaq Ahmad, and other senior officers from concerned departments.
