Hajin: The Zonal Education Office (ZEO) Hajin, in collaboration with SAMAGRA Shiksha, organized an Environmental Building Programme for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) and their parents at Town Hall MC Hajin on Saturday.
The event was presided over by ZEO Hajin, Maqsood Ahmad, alongside Teshil Social Welfare Officer Sumbal Fayaz Ahmad Lone, Zonal Coordinator Muntazir Muneer, Dr. Abdul Rashid, members of the SAMAGRA team, and Heads of Institutions (HOIs) from Zone Hajin.
The primary objective of the programme was to enhance community awareness about various educational initiatives designed to support and uplift specially-abled children.
The speakers emphasized the importance of inclusive education and elaborated on multiple schemes available for the welfare of CWSN.
Participants appreciated the initiative and encouraged the department to continue organizing such awareness programmes in the future.
