Rajouri, March 17 – In a continued effort to provide healthcare access to remote communities, the Indian Army conducted a medical patrol in Katora, Rajouri District, on March 17, 2025. The initiative aimed to offer free medical aid and treatment to 26 beneficiaries, including 8 males, 11 females, and 7 children.
The medical patrol was held at Gunda, where Army medical personnel provided essential healthcare services to villagers in need. The outreach program is part of the Army’s ongoing commitment to assisting underserved communities, ensuring that residents in remote areas receive timely medical attention.
During the patrol, the medical team treated various ailments, distributed medicines, and provided health awareness sessions on nutrition, disease prevention, and healthy living practices. The initiative also served to build trust and strengthen ties between the Army and local residents.
