Rajouri, Oct 29: The Indian Army on Tuesday Organised a Vehicle Repairing Workshop for youth to upgrade their skills for employment generation.
An official spokesperson said Vehicle Repairing Cadre Holds Workshop for youth to enhance their vocational skills and employability.
He said Fifteen youth from border areas and economically weaker sections participated in the program, gaining hands-on experience in vehicle repair.
“This initiative, part of the Indian Army’s Sadbhavana project, aims to empower local youth and contribute to regional development”.
He said the cadre’s culmination was marked by a felicitation ceremony, attended by trainees, instructors, family members, and prominent community leaders.
Spokesperson said the audience praised the Indian Army’s efforts in empowering local youth and promoting self-reliance. “The Indian Army extends its gratitude to all participants and stakeholders who made this initiative a success. This program is a step towards many more initiatives empowering local youth, fostering community development, and promoting vocational training”.
