Commanding Officer Col. Kachru Visits JU’s Kathua Campus

Kathua, September 02: Commanding Officer 4 J&K BN NCC, Col. Kuldeep Kachru on Monday visited the Kathua campus, University of Jammu and interacted with the NCC Cadets.

An official spokesperson of the 4 JK Battalion said Commanding Officer was welcomed by the Lt. Amit Sharma, ANO and Dr Pankaj Khajuria, Assistant Registrar, Kathua campus. The newly raised Kathua Campus NCC unit’s accomplishments were presented by the ANO.

He said the Colonel’s visit was marked by an engaging session with the NCC cadets, who had the opportunity to interact directly with the senior officer

The Kathua Campus was honored by the visit of the Commanding Officer. During his visit, he addressed the cadets, inspiring them to strive for excellence in their NCC training and to be prepared to serve the nation with dedication and commitment.

In his address, he emphasized the values of teamwork and perseverance, which resonated with the aspiring leaders. His words of encouragement and motivation left a lasting impression on the cadets.

Rector, Kathua Campus, Prof. Arvind Jasrotia said in his message that such interactions with the cadets are very essential for their personality development.

Later Col. Kachru participated in an interactive session where he answered questions about the career prospects in the defence forces.
