Jammu, April 30: Director Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), Rajinder Kumar Sharma (JKAS) on Tuesday chaired the weekly review meeting here at Bari Brahmana campus.
During the review meeting, the progress made under repayments and recovery of loans under different self-employment schemes and other related issues were discussed threadbare.
The meeting was attended by all District Nodal Officers of JKEDI and in-charge officers of the concerned sections through virtual mode from across the UT of J&K. During the meeting the Director JKEDI exhorted upon all the District Nodal Officers to enhance their efforts and complete all targets in designated time. He also instructed the officers to increase the outreach in all parts of the union territory so as to foster the entrepreneurial ecosystem in line with the vision and mission of the institute.
The Director gave a thorough analysis of recovery data, highlighting the progress achieved in all the districts of J&K. The holistic review of the recovery and repayment status underscores the institute's dedication to transparency, accountability and sustainable growth.
He stressed the importance of a collaborative spirit among JKEDI employees to meet and exceed the expectations set forth in guiding the youth towards successful entrepreneurial endeavours. He also highlighted the critical role of teamwork in realizing the institute's commitment to providing effective guidance and mentorship.
