Srinagar, 27 Feb: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President and Member of the Parliament Dr Farooq Abdullah on Tuesday emphasised on making the INDIA block stronger in order to save the secular visage of the country.
He made these remarks while interacting with the press at Malik Sahib Soura. "There is a need to make the INDIA bloc strong so that the country is saved from the disaster BJP has done in the last ten years."
He further said that NC vice-president Omar Abdullah was in constant contact with the Congress party and a decision on seat-sharing will come to the fore in coming days. "Omar Sahib is talking with them and hopefully a decision on seat sharing will come out in the coming days. It is imperative to make the INDIA alliance strong. Being a part of the country we have to make this alliance powerful,” he said.
